Some people like to do things their own way. They get upset when people give them advice.


If an animal has hooves [125] that are split into two parts, and if that animal also chews the cud, [126] then you can eat the meat from that animal.


deer, gazelles, roe deer, wild sheep, wild goats, antelopes, and mountain sheep.


But don’t eat camels, rabbits or rock badgers. These animals chew the cud, but they don’t have split hooves. So those animals are not a clean [88] food for you.
