The Lord will save me when any person tries to hurt me. The Lord will bring me safely to his heavenly kingdom. Glory forever and ever be the Lord’s.


The One (God) who calls you will do that for you. You can trust him.


The only temptations that you have are the same temptations that all people have. But you can trust God. He will not let you be tempted more than you can bear. But when you are tempted, God will also give you a way to escape that temptation. Then you will be able to endure it.


The Lord will protect you\par from every danger.\par The Lord will protect your soul.\par


God is faithful. He is the One who has called you to share life with his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.


I am not asking you to take them out of the world. But I am asking that you keep them safe from the Evil One (the devil).


Don’t let us be tempted (tested);\par but save us from the Evil One\par (the devil).’ {\cf2\super [77]} \par


\{Yes, God did all these things.\} So the Lord \{God\} will always save the people who serve him. He will save them when troubles come. And the Lord will hold evil people and punish them while waiting for the day of judgment.


Don’t let me do the sins I want to do.\par Don’t let those sins rule me.\par If you help me, then I can be pure\par and free from my sins.\par


Forgive us the sins we have done,\par because we forgive every person\par that has done wrong to us.\par And don’t let us be tempted (tested).’”\par


Say only ‘yes’ if you mean yes, and say only ‘no’ if you mean no. If you must say more than ‘yes’ or ‘no,’ it is from the Evil One (the devil).


Jabez prayed to the God of Israel. Jabez said, “I wish you would truly bless me. I wish you would give me more land. Be near me and don’t let anyone hurt me. Then I won’t have any pain.” And God gave Jabez what he asked for.


He was the Angel who saved me from all my troubles. And I pray that he will bless these boys. Now these boys will have my name and the name of our ancestors, Abraham and Isaac. I pray that they will grow to become great families and nations on earth.”


Yes, you will suffer for a short time. But after that, God will make everything right. He will make you strong. He will support you and keep you from falling. He is the God that gives all grace (kindness). He called you to share in his glory in Christ. That glory will continue forever.
