Saul knew David’s voice. Saul said, “Is that your voice, David my son?”


But the Spirit {\cf2\super [118]} was helping Stephen speak with wisdom. His words were so strong that the Jews could not argue with him.


I will give you the wisdom to say things that none of your enemies can answer.


A peaceful answer causes anger to disappear. But a rough answer causes anger to grow.


Honest words are powerful.\par But your arguments prove nothing.\par
