Or do you think that the scripture saith in vain: To envy doth the spirit covet which dwelleth in you?


4 And they that are Christ's, have crucified their flesh, with the vices and concupiscences.


8 And he that is in the field, let him not go back to take his coat.


7 O shepherd, and idol, that forsaketh the flock: the sword upon his arm and upon his right eye: his arm shall quite wither away, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.


5 And the Lord said to me: Take to thee yet the instruments of a foolish shepherd.


Sing ye to the Lord, for he hath done great things: shew this forth in all the earth.


4 And I cut off my second rod that was called a Cord, that I might break the brotherhood between Juda and Israel.


Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Mosoch and Thubal: and prophesy of him,


2 And the multitude sat about him; and they say to him: Behold thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee.
