3 And the stars from heaven fell upon the earth, as the fig tree casteth its green figs when it is shaken by a great wind:


0 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer. Behold, the devil will cast some of you into prison that you may be tried: and you shall have tribulation ten days. Be thou faithful until death: and I will give thee the crown of life.


And it shall come to pass in that day, that there shall be no light, but cold and frost.


The Lord God, who gathereth the scattered of Israel, saith: I will still gather unto him his congregation.


7 The first shall say to Sion: Behold they are here, and to Jerusalem I will give an evangelist.


1 I beheld, and lo, that horn made war against the saints, and prevailed over them,


0 A swift stream of fire issued forth from before him: thousands of thousands ministered to him, and ten thousand times a hundred thousand stood before him: the judgment sat, and the books were opened.


7 And Daniel made answer before the king, and said: The secret that the king desireth to know, none of the wise men, or the philosophers, or the diviners, or the soothsayers can declare to the king.


For they seek me from day to day, sad desire to know my ways, as a nation that hath done justice, and hath not forsaken the judgment of their God: they ask of me the judgments of justice: they are willing to approach to God.


8 Behold they that serve him are not steadfast, and in his angels he found wickedness:


0 And the word was pleasing to the Lord that Solomon had asked such a thing.


Go round about the city, all ye fighting men, once a day: so shall ye do for six days.


And God came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and he said to him: Lo thou shalt die for the woman thou hast taken: for she hath a husband.


0 Who is she that cometh forth as the morning rising, fair as the moon, bright as the sun, terrible as an army set in array?


Behold threescore valiant ones of the most valiant of Israel, surrounded the bed of Solomon?


1 And white robes were given to every one of them one; and it was said to them, that they should rest for a little time, till their fellow servants, and their brethren, who are to be slain, even as they, should be filled up.


And the seed of the children of Israel separated themselves from every stranger: and they stood, and confessed their sins, and the iniquities of their fathers.


5 And I am angry with a great anger with the wealthy nations: for I was angry a little, but they helped forward the evil.


8 And I lifted up my eyes, and saw: and behold four horns.


9 And I said to the angel that spoke to me: What are these? And he said to me: These are the horns that have scattered Juda, and Israel, and Jerusalem.


God said to him: I am the most mighty God of thy father: fear not, go down into Egypt, for I will make a great nation of thee there.


1 He said to Moses: I beseech thee, my lord, lay not upon us this sin, which we have foolishly committed:
