3 And it came to pass that as he spoke, and they heard not: so shall they cry, and I will not hear, saith the Lord of hosts.


0 And we have not hearkened to the voice of the Lord our God, to walk in his law, which he set before us by his servants the prophets.


8 And I will persecute them with the sword, and with famine, and pith the pestilence: and I will give them up unto affliction to all the kingdoms of the earth: to be a curse, and an astonishment, and a hissing, and a reproach to all the nations to which I have driven them out:


0 That he might hear the groans of them that are in fetters: that he might release the children of the slain:


7 Thou hast made all the borders of the earth: the summer and the spring were formed by thee.


And I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, having the sign of the living God; and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,


6 Therefore thus saith the Lord: I will return to Jerusalem in mercies: my house shall be built in it, saith the Lord of hosts: and the building line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem.


Who is there among you of all his people? His God be with him. Let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Jndert, and build the house of the Lord the God of Israel: he is the God that is in Jerusalem.


But now he hath obtained a better ministry, by how much also he is a mediator of a better testament, which is established on better promises.


7 Why hast thou made us to err, O Lord, from thy ways: why hast thou hardened our heart, that we should not fear thee? return for the sake of thy servants, the tribes of thy inheritance.


2 They that sat in the gate spoke against me: and they that drank wine made me their song.


7 He hath had regard to the prayer of the humble: and he hath not despised their petition.


2 The spoilers are come upon all the ways of the wilderness, for the sword of the Lord shall devour from one end of the land to the other end thereof: there is no peace for all flesh.


They shall die by the death of grievous illnesses: they shall not be lamented, and they shall not be buried, they shall be as dung upon the face of the earth: and they shall be consumed with the sword, and with famine: and their carcasses shall be meat for the fowls of the air, and for the beasts of the earth.


Thus saith the Lord: The people were left and escaped from the sword, found grace in the desert: Israel shall to his rest.


The word of the Lord, that came to Osee the son of Beeri, in the days of Ozias, Joathan, Achaz, and Ezechias kings of Juda, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joas king of Israel.


0 And their prince shall triumph over kings, and princes shall be his laughingstock: and he shall laugh at every strong hold, and shall cast up a mount, and shall take it.


2 And render to our neighbours sevenfold in their bosom: the reproach wherewith they have reproached thee, O Lord.


0 I have seen the trouble, which God hath given the sons of men to be exercised in it.


4 Behold they are as stubble, fire hath burnt them, they shall not deliver them- selves from the power of the dames: there are no coals wherewith they may be warmed, nor fire, that they may sit thereat.
