8 The Lord grant unto him to find mercy of the Lord in that day: and in how many things he ministered unto me at Ephesus, thou very well knowest.


9 And we have the more firm prophetical word: whereunto you do well to attend, as to a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:


4 And let our men also learn to excel in good works for necessary uses: that they be not unfruitful.


For her sins have reached unto heaven, and the Lord hath remembered her iniquities.


2 And what shall be answered to the messengers of the nations? That the Lord hath founded Sion, and the poor of his people shall hope in him.


And you, employing all care, minister in your faith, virtue; and in virtue, knowledge;


5 Who was delivered up for our sins, and rose again for our justification.


8 For by him we have access both in one Spirit to the Father.


2 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation, and strengthen me with a perfect spirit.


For our exhortation was not of error, nor of uncleanness, nor in deceit:


2 That you were at that time without Christ, being aliens from the conversation of Israel, and strangers to the testament, having no hope of the promise, and without God in this world.


7 And it shall come to pass after seventy years, that the Lord will visit Tyre, and will bring her back again to her traffic: and she shall commit fornication again with all the kingdoms of the world upon the face of the earth.


For which cause, forbearing no longer, we thought it good to remain at Athens alone:


0 Now to him who is able to do all things more abundantly than we desire or understand, according to the power that worketh in us;


7 And Babylon shall be reduced to heaps, a dwelling place for dragons, an astonishment and a hissing, because there is no inhabitant.
