5 But even until this day, when Moses is read, the veil is upon their heart.


2 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh.


And not rather (as we are slandered, and as some affirm that we say) let us do evil, that there may come good? whose damnation is just.


2 For which cause there sprung even from one (and him as good as dead) as the stars of heaven in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable.


3 Mildness, faith, modesty, continency, chastity. Against such there is no law.


For one judgeth between day and day: and another judgeth every day: let every man abound in his own sense.


8 For it is not he is a Jew, who is so outwardly; nor is that circumcision which is outwardly in the flesh:


0 But God raised him up from the dead the third day:


And said to him: If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down, for it is written: That he hath given his angels charge over thee, and in their hands shall they bear thee up, lest perhaps thou dash thy foot against a stone.


3 Thou that makest thy boast of the law, by transgression of the law dishonourest God.


But God is true; and every man a liar, as it is written, That thou mayest be justified in thy words, and mayest overcome when thou art judged.


But if our injustice commend the justice of God, what shall we say? Is God unjust, who executeth wrath?


Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.


8 But if thou take a wife, thou hast not sinned. And if a virgin marry, she hath not sinned: nevertheless, such shall have tribulation of the flesh. But I spare you.


0 Built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone:


I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.
