4 I write not these things to confound you; but I admonish you as my dearest children.


If thou know not thyself, O fairest among women, go forth, and follow after the steps of the flocks, and feed thy kids beside the tents of the shepherds.

Or what man is there among you, of whom if his son shall ask bread, will he reach him a stone?


7 Amen, I say to you: Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a child, shall not enter into it.
