The burden that Habacuc the prophet saw.


2 It is thou, O king, who art grown great and become mighty: for thy greatness hath grown, and hath reached to heaven, and thy power unto the ends of the earth.


7 His eyes shall see the king in his beauty, they shall see the land far off.


8 But with their arrows they shall kill the children, and shall have no pity upon the sucklings of the womb, and their eye shall not spare their sons.


Behold, I will raise them up out of the place wherein you have sold them: and I will return your recompense upon your own heads.


3 Take ye heed, watch and pray. For ye know not when the time is.


Shall windy words have no end? or is it any trouble to thee to speak?
