And thou shalt be left stripped of thy inheritance, which I gave thee: and I will make thee serve thy enemies in a land which thou knowest not: because thou hast kindled a fire in my wrath, it shall burn for ever.


If thou know not thyself, O fairest among women, go forth, and follow after the steps of the flocks, and feed thy kids beside the tents of the shepherds.


2 Behold I am against the prophets that have lying dreams, saith the Lord: and tell them, and cause my people to err by their lying, and by their wonders: when I sent them not, nor commanded them, who have not profited this people at all, saith the Lord.


We will rejoice in thy salvation; and in the name of our God we shall be exalted.


And he said to me: It is done. I am Alpha and Omega; the beginning and the end. To him that thirsteth, I will give of the fountain of the water of life, freely.


They are of the world: therefore of the world they speak, and the world heareth them.


8 To judge for the fatherless and for the humble, that man may no more presume to magnify himself upon earth.


4 I write not these things to confound you; but I admonish you as my dearest children.


4 (For the name of God through you is blasphemed among the Gentiles, as it is written.)


And behold six men came from the way of the upper gate, which looketh to the north: and each one had his weapon of destruction in his hand: and there was one man in the midst of them clothed with linen, with a writer's inkhorn at his reins: and they went in, and stood by the brazen altar.


Deliver thyself as a doe from the hand, and as a bird from the hand of the fowler.


For it is a commandment in Israel, and a judgment to the God of Jacob.


For behold I was conceived in iniquities; and in sins did my mother conceive me.


7 Who as it were on purpose have revolted from him, and would not understand all his ways :


8 And shall come to know his sin, he shall offer a she goat without blemish.


3 He shall put his hand upon the head thereof, and shall immolate it in the place where the victims of holocausts are wont to be slain.


9 I should have been as if I had not been, carried from the womb to the grave.


2 for I am poor and needy, and my heart is troubled within me.


0 In vain have I struck your children, they have not received correction: your sword hath devoured your prophets, your generation is like a ravaging lion.
