5 Behold your house shall be left to you desolate. And I say to you, that you shall not see me till the time come, when you shall say: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.


His spirit shall go forth, and he shall return into his earth: in that day all their thoughts shall perish.


22 Uphold thy servant unto good: let not the proud calumniate me.


And behold a leper came and adored him, saying: Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.


Know ye also that the Lord hath made his holy one wonderful: the Lord will hear me when I shall cry unto him.


Of the doctrine of baptisms, and imposition of hands, and of the resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.


Then were gathered together the chief priests and ancients of the people into the court of the high priest, who was called Caiphas:


Who have devised iniquities in their hearts: all the day long they designed battles.


7 Behold the name of the Lord cometh from afar, his wrath burneth, and is heavy to bear: his lips are filled with indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire.


5 precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.


3 I hoped till morning, as a lion so hath he broken all my bones: from morning even to night thou wilt make an end of me.


1 I said: I shall not see the Lord God in the land of the living. I shall behold man no more, nor the inhabitant of rest.


I will cry to God the most High; to God who hath done good to me.


2 They have turned night into day, and after darkness I hope for light again.


7 Let me not be confounded, O Lord, for I have called upon thee. Let the wicked be ashamed, and be brought down to hell.


4 Thau. Thou shalt render them a recompense, O Lord, according to the works of their hands.
