1 The brother also shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the son: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and shall put them to death.


That thy alms may be in secret, and thy Father who seeth in secret will repay thee.


Speak to Aaron and his sons, and to all the children of Israel, saying to them: This is the word, which the Lord hath commanded, saying:


4 But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgement, than for you.


3 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy own will in my holy day, and call the sabbath delightful, and the holy of the Lord glorious, and glorify him, while thou dost not thy own ways, and thy own will is not found: to speak a word:


1 And the Lord will give thee rest continually, and will fill thy soul with brightness, and deliver thy bones, and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a fountain of water whose waters shall not fail


4 And this shall be an ordinance for ever, that you pray for the children of Israel, and for all their sins once in a year. He did therefore as the Lord had commanded Moses.


9 Thou knowest my reproach, and my confusion, and my shame.
