Deliver me from them that work iniquity, and save me from bloody men.


2 To my words they durst add nothing, and my speech dropped upon them.


5 I have sowed sackcloth upon my skin, and have covered my flesh with ashes.

Unto the end. A psalm for David: In the Lord I put my trust: how then do you say to my soul: Get thee away from hence to the mountain like a sparrow?


7 Arise, arise, stand up, O Jerusalem, which hast drunk at the hand of the Lord the cup of his wrath; thou hast drunk even to the bottom of the cup of dead sleep, and thou hast drunk even to the dregs.


3 And in it he hath prepared the instruments of death, he hath made ready his arrows for them that burn.


The psalm of David which he sung to the Lord for the words of Chusi the son of Jemini. [2 Kings 16.]: O Lord my God, in thee have I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me.


8 Mem. Shall not both evil and good proceed out of the mouth of the Highest?


My eyes prevented the watches: I was troubled, and I spoke not.


8 Remember this, the enemy hath reproached the Lord: and a foolish people hath provoked thy name.


With thy comeliness and thy beauty set out, proceed prosperously, and reign. Because of truth and meekness and justice: and thy right hand shall conduct thee wonderfully.


For in his sight he hath done deceitfully, that his iniquity may be found unto hatred.


Consider, and hear me, O Lord my God. Enlighten my eyes that I never sleep in death:


I saw the tents of Ethiopia for their iniquity, the curtains of the land of Madian shall be troubled.


3 Yea and if I should have acted boldly against my own life, this could not have been hid from the king, and wouldst thou have stood by me?


0 For my father and my mother have left me: but the Lord hath taken me up.
