Send forth lightning, and thou shalt scatter them: shoot out thy arrows, and thou shalt trouble them.


Who telleth the number of the stars: and calleth them all by their names.


Who shall give out of Sion the salvation of Israel? when the Lord shall have turned away the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice and Israel shall be glad.


0 He must know that he who causeth a sinner to be converted from the error of his way, shall save his soul from death, and shall cover a multitude of sins.


2 This Jesus hath God raised again, whereof all we are witnesses.


And they shall know their seed among the Gentiles, and their offspring in the midst of peoples: all that shall see them, shall know them, that these are the seed which the Lord hath blessed.


Why, O Lord, hast thou retired afar off? why dost thou slight us in our wants, in the time of trouble?


Hear, O Lord, my prayer: give ear to my supplication in thy truth: hear me in thy justice.


4 For thy testimonies are my meditation: and thy justifications my counsel.


4 I will pay my vows to the Lord before all his people:


1 My soul hath fainted after thy salvation: and in thy word I have very much hoped.


Fear the Lord, all ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.


5 My lots are in thy hands. Deliver me out of the hands of my enemies; and from them that persecute me.


0 And let them trust in thee who know thy name: for thou hast not forsaken them that seek thee, O Lord.


Behold thou hast made my days measurable : and my substance is as nothing before thee. And indeed all things are vanity : every man living.


Man is like to vanity: his days pass away like a shadow.
