0 For thy mercy is magnified even to the heavens: and thy truth unto the clouds.


He hath devised iniquity on his bed, he hath set himself on every way that is not good : but evil he hath not hated.


Turn not away thy face from me; decline not in thy wrath from thy servant. Be thou my helper, forsake me not; do not thou despise me, O God my Saviour.


2 The sea is come up over Babylon: she is covered with the multitude of the waves thereof.


9 So the wage of every covetous man destroy the souls of the possessors.

I thought upon the days of old: and I had in my mind the eternal years.


5 Thou hast broken up the fountains and the torrents: thou hast dried up the Ethan rivers.


1 And he said to him: As to the money which thou promisest, keep it for thyself: and as to the people, do with them as seemeth good to thee.


They that are vain observe vanities, forsake their own mercy.


2 who have said: Let us possess the sanctuary of God for an inheritance.
