I run become unto many as a wonder, but thou art a strong helper.


6 Let them blush : and be ashamed together, who rejoice at my evils. Let them be clothed with confusion and shame, who speak great things against me.


5 The wicked have told me fables: but not as thy law.


The Lord will send forth the sceptre of thy power out of Sion: rule thou in the midst of thy enemies.


4 As a neighbour and as an own brother, so did I please : as one mourning and sorrowful so was I humbled.


0 Now if I do that which I will not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.


58 I beheld the transgressors, and I pined away; because they kept not thy word.


45 I cried with my whole heart, hear me, O Lord: I will seek thy justifications.


35 Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: and teach me thy justifications.


And they have built the high places of Baalim, to burn their children with fire for a holocaust to Baalim: which I did not command, nor speak of, neither did it once come into my mind.


49 Hear thou my voice, O Lord, according to thy mercy: and quicken me according to thy mercy.


May he send thee help from the sanctuary: and defend thee out of Sion.


Man is like to vanity: his days pass away like a shadow.


I spoke with my tongue : O Lord, make me know my end. And what is the number of my days : that I may know what is wanting to me.
