8 No man taketh it away from me: but I lay it down of myself, and I have power to lay it down: and I have power to take it up again. This commandment have I received of my Father.


7 Make me to understand the way of thy justifications: and I shall be exercised in thy wondrous works.


0 For the sorrow that is according to God worketh penance, steadfast unto salvation; but the sorrow of the world worketh death.


66 I looked to thy salvation, O Lord: and I loved thy commandments.


4 So shall I always keep thy law, for ever and ever.


2 I have run the way of thy commandments, when thou didst enlarge my heart.


4 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and breaking down the middle wall of partition, the enmities in his flesh:


6 Let us not be made desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying on another.


4 And when this mortal hath put on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: Death is swallowed up in victory.


9 And forthwith coming to Jesus, he said: Hail, Rabbi. And he kissed him.


63 I have hated and abhorred iniquity; but I have loved thy law.


56 Many, O Lord, are thy mercies: quicken me according to thy judgment.


14 Thou art my helper and my protector: and in thy word I have greatly hoped.


5 The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I have understood thy testimonies.


1 Dearly beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doth good, is of God: he that doth evil, hath not seen God.


Because the wisdom of the flesh is an enemy to God; for it is not subject to the law of God, neither can it be.


9 And they that have done good things, shall come forth unto the resurrection of life; but they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of judgment.


2 But they understood not the word, and they were afraid to ask him.


2 Blessed art thou, O Lord: teach me thy justifications.
