6 The snorting of his horse was heard from Dan, all the land was moved at the sound of the neighing of his warriors: and they came and devoured the land, and all that was in it: the city and its inhabitants.


2 Wast thou not from the beginning, O Lord my God, my holy one, and we shall not die? Lord, thou hast appointed him for judgment: and made him strong for correction.


4 Let them alone: they are blind, and leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into the pit.


6 When thou shalt hate her put her away, saith the Lord the God of Israel: but iniquity shall cover his garment, saith the Lord of hosts, keep your spirit, and despise not.


2 And therefore it was reputed to him unto justice.


Blessed is the man to whom the Lord hath not imputed sin.


For he hath said in his heart: I shall not be moved from generation to generation, and shall be without evil.


2 But this is a people that is robbed and wasted: they are all the snare of young men, and they are hid in the houses of prisons: they are made a prey, and there is none to deliver them: a spoil, and there is none that saith: Restore.


0 That he might hear the groans of them that are in fetters: that he might release the children of the slain:


1 If I shall whet my sword as the lightning, and my hand take hold on judgment: I will render vengeance to my enemies, and repay them that hate me.


4 And he called the name of that place, The Lord seeth. Whereupon even to this day it is said: In the mountain the Lord will see.


5 And the Lord said to him: Go, and return on thy way through the desert to Damascus: and when thou art come thither, thou shalt anoint Hazael to be king over Syria.


1 That they may declare the name of the Lord in Sion: and his praise in Jerusalem;
