But the nation and kingdom that will not serve Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon, and whosoever will not bend his neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon: I will visit upon that nation with the sword, and with famine, and with pestilence, saith the Lord: till I consume them by his hand.


And this they said tempting him, that they might accuse him. But Jesus bowing himself down, wrote with his finger on the ground.


How long wilt thou feed us with the bread of tears: and give us for our drink tears in measure?


7 The boy therefore came to the place of the arrow which Jonathan had shot: and Jonathan cried after the boy, and said: Behold the arrow is there further beyond thee.


4 So also is the doctrine of wisdom to thy soul: which when thou hast found, thou shalt have hope in the end, and thy hope shall not perish.


4 I was clad with justice: and I clothed myself with my judgment, as with a robe and a diadem.


Arise, O God, judge thou the earth: for thou shalt inherit among all the nations.


4 The king that judgeth the poor in truth, his throne shall be established for ever.


4 She is like the merchant's ship, she bringeth her bread from afar.


For thus saith the Lord to the house of the king of Juda: Thou art to me Galaad the head of Libanus: yet surely I will make thee a wilderness, and cities not habitable.
