6 The work of the just is unto life: but the fruit of the wicked, unto sin.


3 He that hideth his sins, shall not prosper: but he that shall confess, and forsake them, shall obtain mercy.


2 He that shall overcome, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God; and he shall go out no more; and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God, and my new name.


Thou wilt turn, O God, and bring us to life: and thy people shall rejoice in thee.


7 And he said to Balaam: I sent messengers to call thee, why didst thou not come immediately to me? was it because I am not able to reward thy coming?


2 And we beseech you, brethren, to know them who labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you:


This only would I learn of you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?


2 The lips of the just consider what is acceptable: and the mouth of the wicked uttereth perverse things.


Unless the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it. Unless the Lord keep the city, he watcheth in vain that keepeth it.


He hath exalted me upon a rock: and now he hath lifted up my head above my enemies. I have gone round, and have offered up in his tabernacle a sacrifice of jubilation: I will sing, and recite a psalm to the Lord.


I will wash my hands among the innocent; and will compass thy altar, O Lord:


Where pride is, there also shall be reproach: but where humility is, there also is wisdom.


6 And nevertheless the angel going on to a narrow place, where there was no way to turn aside either to the right hand or to the left, stood to meet him.


0 And when Balac had killed oxen and sheep, he sent presents to Balaam, and to the princes that were with him.


7 A man that doth violence to the blood of a person, if he flee even to the pit, no man will stay him.
