For it shall be health to thy navel, and moistening to thy bones.


0 My son, if sinners shall entice thee, consent not to them.


Take hold on her, and she shall exalt thee: thou shalt be glorified by her, when thou shalt embrace her.


Who passeth through the street by the corner, and goeth nigh the way of her house.


8 Or can he walk upon hot coals, and his feet not be burnt?


7 For I have not perished because of the darkness that hangs over me, neither hath the mist covered my face.


7 They eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of iniquity.


7 And he came by the Spirit into the temple. And when his parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him according to the custom of the law,


2 He said unto them: Therefore every scribe instructed in the kingdom of heaven, is like to a man that is a householder, who bringeth forth out of his treasure new things and old.


Who will have all men to be saved, and to come to the knowledge of the truth.


2 And he sent messengers before his face; and going, they entered into a city of the Samaritans, to prepare for him.


He said therefore to the multitudes that went forth to be baptized by him: Ye offspring of vipers, who hath shewed you to flee from the wrath to come?


He shall say to the Lord: Thou art my protector, and my refuge: my God, in him will I trust.


8 I foretell thee this day that thou shalt perish, and shalt remain but a short time in the land, to which thou shalt pass over the Jordan, and shalt go in to possess it.


All my words are just, there is nothing wicked nor perverse in them.


Rebuke not a scorner lest he hate thee. Rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.


4 Blessed is the man that is always fearful: but he that is hardened in mind, shall fall into evil.
