2 Though thou shouldst bray a fool in the mortar, as when a pestle striketh upon sodden barley, his folly would not be taken from him.


6 A man that shall wander out of the way of doctrine, shall abide in the company of the giants.


The wise of heart receiveth precepts: a fool is beaten with lips.


A whip for a horse, and a snaffle for an ass, and a rod for the back of fools.


6 He longeth and desireth all the day : but he that is just, will give, and will not cease.


Words from the mouth of a men are as deep water: and the fountain of wisdom as an overflowing stream.

4 Wisdom shineth in the face of the wise: the eyes of fools are in the ends of the earth.
