2 As an earring of gold and a bright pearl, so is he that reproveth the wise, and the obedient ear.


6 You hypocrites, you know how to discern the face of the heaven and of the earth: but how is it that you do not discern this time?


1 He that nourisheth his servant delicately from his childhood, afterwards shall find him stubborn.


6 A prince void of prudence shall oppress many by calumny: but he that hateth covetousness, shall prolong his days.


0 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet, who wrought signs before him, wherewith he seduced them who received the character of the beast, and who adored his image. These two were cast alive into the pool of fire, burning with brimstone.


5 It is ruin to a man to devour holy ones, and after vows to retract.


Sing joyfully to God, all the earth: serve ye the Lord with gladness. Come in before his presence with exceeding great joy.


Thou shalt take the first of all thy fruits, and put then? in a basket, and shalt go to the place which the Lord thy God shall choose, that his name may be invocated there:


0 The learned in word shall find good things: and he that trusteth in the Lord is blessed.


0 And the fear of the Lord came upon all the kingdoms of the lands that were round about Juda, and they durst not make war against Josaphat.


1 A fool uttereth all his mind: a wise man deferreth, and keepeth it till afterwards.
