The way of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord: he that followeth justice is beloved by him.


6 That he might sanctify it, cleansing it by the laver of water in the word of life:


All we like sheep have gone astray, every one hath turned aside into his own way: and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

He that is loose and slack in his work, is the brother of him that wasteth his own works.


A fool laugheth at the instruction of his father: but he that regardeth reproofs shall become prudent. In abundant justice there is the greatest strength: but the devices of the wicked shall be rooted out.


0 Detract not the king, no not in thy thought; and speak not evil of the rich man in thy private chamber: because even the birds of the air will carry thy voice, and he that hath wings will tell what thou hast said.
