6 And when they had brought him out, they stoned him, and he died as the Lord had commanded.


I have no greater grace than this, to hear that my children walk in truth.


1 That the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremias might be fulfilled, and the land might keep her sabbaths: for all the days of the desolation she kept a sabbath, till the seventy years were expired.


72 My tongue shall pronounce thy word: because all thy commandments are justice.


1 But their children provoked me, they walked not in my commandments, nor observed my judgments to do them: which if a man do, he shell live in them: and they violated my sabbaths: and I threatened to pour out my indignation upon them, and to accomplish my wrath in them in the desert.


May he give thee according to thy own heart; and confirm all thy counsels.


4 Because they had not done my judgments, and had cast off my statutes, and had violated my sabbaths, and their eyes had been after the idols of their fathers.


2 Neither shall the thought of your mind come to pass, by which you say: We will be as the Gentiles, and as the families of the earth, to worship stocks and stones.


0 Rejoice with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all you that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all you that mourn for her.


In the mouth of a fool is the rod of pride: but the lips of the wise preserve them.


2 The turning away of little ones shall kill them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.


Because he hath inclined his ear unto me: and in my days I will call upon him.


And will not rather say to him: Make ready my supper, and gird thyself, and serve me, whilst I eat and drink, and afterwards thou shalt eat and drink?


And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers: lest I come, and strike the earth with anathema.


0 For I tell you, that unless your justice abound more than that of the scribes and Pharisees, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.


0 And thou shalt say to them: Thus saith the Lord of hosts the God of Israel: Behold I will send, and take Nabuchodonosor the king of Babylon my servant: and I will set his throne over these stones which I have hid, and he shall set his throne over them.


And that whosoever would not come within three days, according to the counsel of the princes and the ancients, all his substance should be taken away, and he should be cast out of the company of them that were returned from captivity.


3 And Moses stretched forth his rod towards heaven, and the Lord sent thunder and hail, and lightning running along the ground: and the Lord rained hail upon the land of Egypt.


9 The desire that is accomplished, delighteth the soul: fools hate them that flee from evil things.


3 The fear of the Lord is unto life: and he shall abide in fulness without being visited with evil.


We will rejoice in thy salvation; and in the name of our God we shall be exalted.


7 The wicked man diggeth evil, and in his lips is a burning fire.
