2 And if to live in the flesh, that is to me the fruit of labour, and what I shall choose I know not.


But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema.


5 Now to him that is able to establish you, according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret from eternity,


For if these things be with you and abound, they will make you to be neither empty nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.


A double minded man is inconstant in all his ways.


1 And all that heard him, were astonished, and said: Is not this he who persecuted in Jerusalem those that called upon this name: and came hither for that intent, that he might carry them bound to the chief priests?


When Michael the archangel, disputing with the devil, contended about the body of Moses, he durst not bring against him the judgment of railing speech, but said: The Lord command thee.


And when you are praying, speak not much, as the heathens. For they think that in their much speaking they may be heard.


And the next day departing, we came to Caesarea. And entering into the house of Philip the evangelist, who was one of the seven, we abode with him.
