Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy face?


1 And thou also, O Juda, set thee a harvest, when I shall bring back captivity of my people.


0 For the sorrow that is according to God worketh penance, steadfast unto salvation; but the sorrow of the world worketh death.


Arise, arise, put on strength, O thou arm of the Lord, arise as in the days of old, in the ancient generations. Hast not thou struck the proud one, and wounded the dragon?


But if any of you want wisdom, let him ask of God, who giveth to all men abundantly, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.


3 In whom you also, after you had heard the word of truth, (the gospel of your salvation;) in whom also believing, you were signed with the holy Spirit of promise,


Rejoice in the Lord always; again, I say, rejoice.


If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just, to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all iniquity.


1 Doth a fountain send forth, out of the same hole, sweet and bitter water?


3 And to the church of the firstborn, who are written in the heavens, and to God the judge of all, and to the spirits of the just made perfect,


6 Let us not be made desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying on another.


4 If I have said to rottenness: Thou art my father; to worms, my mother and my sister.


And you, employing all care, minister in your faith, virtue; and in virtue, knowledge;


And the Lord direct your hearts, in the charity of God, and the patience of Christ.


1 If so be that you have heard him, and have been taught in him, as the truth is in Jesus:


Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present wicked world, according to the will of God and our Father:


But now, brethren, if I come to you speaking with tongues, what shall I profit you, unless I speak to you either in revelation, or in knowledge, or in prophecy, or in doctrine?


5 Let thy eyes look straight on, and let thy eyelids go before thy steps.


2 Blessed art thou, O Lord: teach me thy justifications.


Behold, O God our protector: and look on the face of thy Christ.


to shoot in secret the undefiled.


4 He is faithful who hath called you, who also will do it.


For God hath not given us the spirit of fear: but of power, and of love, and of sobriety.


3 And when many days were passed, the Jews consulted together to kill him.


9 Against a priest receive not an accusation, but under two or three witnesses.


2 But the Lord is my refuge: and my God the help of my hope.


Remember them that are in bands, as if you were bound with them; and them that labour, as being yourselves also in the body.


In the daytime the Lord hath commanded his mercy; and a canticle to him in the night. With me is prayer to the God of my life.


Be not you therefore like to them, for your Father knoweth what is needful for you, before you ask him.


That is to say, not they that are the children of the flesh, are the children of God; but they, that are the children of the promise, are accounted for the seed.


Now these things were done in a figure of us, that we should not covet evil things as they also coveted.


For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle ?


0 That you may approve the better things, that you may be sincere and without offence unto the day of Christ,


2 Not as though I has already attained, or were already perfect; but I follow after, if I may by any means apprehend, wherein I am also apprehended by Christ Jesus.


7 Be ye followers of me, brethren, and observe them who walk so as you have our model.
