And to you who are troubled, rest with us when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven, with the angels of his power:


3 And Peter answering, said to him: Although all shall be scandalized in thee, I will never be scandalized.


1 Jesus answered: Thou shouldst not have any power against me, unless it were given thee from above. Therefore, he that hath delivered me to thee, hath the greater sin.


And Joanna the wife of Chusa, Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others who ministered unto him of their substance.


6 And the inscription of his cause was written over: THE KING OF THE JEWS.


3 Take away his garment that hath been surety for a stranger: and take from him a pledge for strangers.


4 Now he had passed through all the tribes of Israel unto Abela and Bethmaacha: and all the chosen men were gathered together unto him.


And the spirit of the Lord shall come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be changed into another man.


7 He came near, and kissed him. And immediately as he smelled the fragrant smell of his garments, blessing him, he said: Behold the smell of my son is as the smell of a plentiful field, which Lord hath blessed.


5 Woe to you scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites; because you go round about the sea and the land to make one proselyte; and when he is made, you make him the child of hell twofold more than yourselves.


6 Woe to you blind guides, that say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but he that shall swear by the gold of the temple, is a debtor.


6 Now all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then the disciples all leaving him, fled.


9 Now of that city many of the Samaritans believed in him, for the word of the woman giving testimony: He told me all things whatsoever I have done.
