2 Wherefore, my dearly beloved, (as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but much more now in my absence,) with fear and trembling work out your salvation.


8 If it be possible, as much as is in you, have peace with all men.


7 And he cometh, and findeth them sleeping. And he saith to Peter: Simon, sleepest thou? couldst thou not watch one hour?


7 Be not thou a terror unto me, thou art my hope in the day of affliction.


3 Love not sleep, lest poverty oppress thee: open thy eyes, and be filled with bread.


2 They have taken me, as a lion prepared for the prey; and as a young lion dwelling in secret places.


3 This saying therefore went abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die. And Jesus did not say to him: He should not die; but, So I will have him to remain till I come, what is it to thee?


0 And he cometh to his disciples, and findeth them asleep, and he saith to Peter: What? Could you not watch one hour with me?


2 Again the second time, he went and prayed, saying: My Father, if this chalice may not pass away, but I must drink it, thy will be done.
