0 Then Simon Peter, having a sword, drew it, and struck the servant of the high priest, and cut off his right ear. And the name of the servant was Malchus.


Now he said this, not because he cared for the poor; but because he was a thief, and having the purse, carried the things that were put therein.


And said: Amen I say to you, unless you be converted, and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.


A great multitude therefore of the Jews knew that he was there; and they came, not for Jesus' sake only, but that they might see Lazarus, whom he had raised from the dead.


1 But he spoke of the temple of his body.


3 And they began to inquire among themselves, which of them it was that should do this thing.


2 And when he was accused by the chief priests and ancients, he answered nothing.


8 And he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights: he neither ate bread nor drank water, and he wrote upon the tables the ten words of the covenant.


2 And when you come into the house, salute it, saying: Peace be to this house.


0 Then cried they all again, saying: Not this man, but Barabbas. Now Barabbas was a robber.
