1 And when the Son of man shall come in his majesty, and all the angels with him, then shall he sit upon the seat of his majesty.


8 Every one that putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and he that marrieth her that is put away from her husband, commmitteth adultery.


4 The multitude answered him: We have heard out of the law, that Christ abideth for ever; and how sayest thou: The Son of man must be lifted up? Who is this Son of man?


1 If any man therefore shall cleanse himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified and profitable to the Lord, prepared unto every good work.


And the four living creatures had each of them six wings; and round about and within they are full of eyes. And they rested not day and night, saying: Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, who was, and who is, and who is to come.


1 Believe you not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me?


As soon therefore as he had said to them: I am he; they went backward, and fell to the ground.


9 I know thy works, and thy faith, and thy charity, and thy ministry, and thy patience, and thy last works which are more than the former.


And five of them were foolish, and five wise.


Fulfil ye my joy, that you may be of one mind, having the same charity, being of one accord, agreeing in sentiment.


And the third part of those creatures died, which had life in the sea, and the third part of the ships was destroyed.


And not rather (as we are slandered, and as some affirm that we say) let us do evil, that there may come good? whose damnation is just.


2 For there shall be from henceforth five in one house divided: three against two, and two against three.


And the disciples seeing it, had indignation, saying: To what purpose is this waste?


But the wise took oil in their vessels with the lamps.


6 And the city lieth in a foursquare, and the length thereof is as great as the breadth: and he measured the city with the golden reed for twelve thousand furlongs, and the length and the height and the breadth thereof are equal.


1 Now all chastisement for the present indeed seemeth not to bring with it joy, but sorrow: but afterwards it will yield, to them that are exercised by it, the most peaceable fruit of justice.


And, when I was present with you, and wanted, I was chargeable to no man: for that which was wanting to me, the brethren supplied who came from Macedonia; and in all things I have kept myself from being burthensome to you, and so I will keep myself.


4 I write not these things to confound you; but I admonish you as my dearest children.


8 But all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Christ; and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation.


The lips of the wise shall disperse knowledge: the heart of fools shall be unlike.


7 He that giveth to the poor, shall not want: he that despiseth his entreaty, shall suffer indigence.


These things proposing to the brethren, thou shalt be a good minister of Christ Jesus, nourished up in the words of faith, and of the good doctrine which thou hast attained unto.
