4 Whom when he saw, he said: Go, shew yourselves to the priests. And it came to pass, as they went, they were made clean.


1 But they thought with themselves, saying: If we say, From heaven; he will say, Why then did you not believe him?


5 Now it came to pass, when he drew nigh to Jericho, that a certain blind man sat by the way side, begging.


5 And blessed art thou that hast believed, because those things shall be accomplished that were spoken to thee by the Lord.


9 And he answering, said: I will not. But afterwards, being moved with repentance, he went.


1 And he taught his disciple, and said to them: The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise again the third day.


1 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child. But, when I became a man, I put away the things of a child.


9 And the enemy that sowed them, is the devil. But the harvest is the end of the world. And the reapers are the angels.


8 If we let him alone so, all will believe in him; and the Romans will come, and take away our place and nation.


9 And rising up, he rebuked the wind, and said to the sea: Peace, be still. And the wind ceased: and there was made a great calm.


There remaineth therefore a day of rest for the people of God.


5 He said: Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying: What is thy opinion, Simon? The kings of the earth, of whom do they receive tribute or custom? of their own children, or of strangers?


8 But now God hath set the members every one of them in the body as it hath pleased him.


7 Then Jesus answered and said: O unbelieving and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me.


4 And behold the whole city went out to meet Jesus, and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart from their coasts.


7 But that we may not scandalize them, go to the sea, and cast in a hook: and that fish which shall first come up, take: and when thou hast opened its mouth, thou shalt find a stater: take that, and give it to them for me and thee.
