2 Who said: Cornelius, a centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and having good testimony from all the nation of the Jews, received an answer of an holy angel, to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee.


4 And when his disciples James and John had seen this, they said: Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them?


8 Who, wheresoever he taketh him, dasheth him, and he foameth, and gnasheth with the teeth, and pineth away; and I spoke to thy disciples to cast him out, and they could not.


4 But they said: Some John the Baptist, and other some Elias, and others Jeremias, or one of the prophets.


6 Simon Peter answered and said: Thou art Christ, the Son of the living God.


3 Hear ye another parable. There was a man an householder, who planted a vineyard, and made a hedge round about it, and dug in it a press, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen; and went into a strange country.


3 And not finding his body, came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, who say that he is alive.
