0 This is the bread which cometh down from heaven; that if any man eat of it, he may not die.


1 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you; going forth from thence, shake off the dust from your feet for a testimony to them.


1 Who was of Melea, who was of Menna, who was of Mathatha, who was of Nathan, who was of David,


0 But he passing through the midst of them, went his way.


3 But after they were come to Jesus, when they saw that he was already dead, they did not break his legs.


But they going out, fled from the sepulchre. For a trembling and fear had seized them: and they said nothing to any man; for they were afraid.


But because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privately to spy our liberty, which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into servitude.


8 And the one of them, whose name was Cleophas, answering, said to him: Art thou only a stranger to Jerusalem, and hast not known the things that have been done there in these days?


5 Can a woman forget her infant, so as not to have pity on the son of her womb? and if she should forget, yet will not I forget thee.


5 And the angel answering, said to her: The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the most High shall overshadow thee. And therefore also the Holy which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.


AND when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalen, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought sweet spices, that coming, they might anoint Jesus.


4 Command therefore the sepulchre to be guarded until the third day: lest perhaps his disciples come and steal him away, and say to the people: He is risen from the dead; and the last error shall be worse than the first.


3 They have opened their mouths against me, as a lion ravening and roaring.


7 And Jesus said to him: Thou hast both seen him; and it is he that talketh with thee.


0 But these men blaspheme whatever things they know not: and what things soever they naturally know, like dumb beasts, in these they are corrupted.


8 And when he saw Jesus, he fell down before him; and crying out with a loud voice, he said: What have I to do with thee, Jesus, Son of the most high God? I beseech thee, do not torment me.
