3 And when they had passed over, they came into the land of Genezareth, and set to the shore.


1 In that same hour, he rejoiced in the Holy Ghost, and said: I confess to thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hidden these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them to little ones. Yea, Father, for so it hath seemed good in thy sight.


9 The multitude therefore that stood and heard, said that it thundered. Others said: An angel spoke to him.

7 Then he saith to his disciples, The harvest indeed is great, but the labourers are few.

8 And it came to pass, as he was alone praying, his disciples also were with him: and he asked them, saying: Whom do the people say that I am?


This people honoureth me with their lips: but their heart is far from me.
