1 Shall I justify wicked balances, and the deceitful weights of the bag?


4 No man can serve two masters. For either he will hate the one, and love the other: or he will sustain the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.


3 And lead us not into temptation. But deliver us from evil. Amen.


And the sacrifice of Juda and of Jerusalem shall please the Lord, as in the days of old, and in the ancient years.


3 In that day the fair virgins, and the young men shall faint for thirst.


He shall have a portion of the lead in Israel: and the princes shall no more rob my people: but they shall give the land to the house of Israel according to their tribes:


Thus saith the Lord God: This is Jerusalem, I have set her in the midst of the nations, and the countries round about her.


4 And I will say: Make a way: give free passage, turn out of the path, take away the stumblingblocks out of the way of my people.


0 But if you will not, and will provoke me to wrath: the sword shall devour you because the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.


4 And this shall be a sign to thee, that shall come upon thy two sons, Ophni and Phinees: In one day they shall both of them die.
