7 Nevertheless he left not himself without testimony, doing good from heaven, giving rains and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.


0 And it came to pass as he was sitting at meat in the house, behold many publicans and sinners came, and sat down with Jesus and his disciples.


And other some fell upon a rock: and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it had no moisture.


2 Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh, not serving to the eye, as pleasing men, but in simplicity of heart, fearing God.


The Spirit breatheth where he will; and thou hearest his voice, but thou knowest not whence he cometh, and whither he goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.


3 And he went forth again to the sea side; and all the multitude came to him, and he taught them.


Be ye not many masters, my brethren, knowing that you receive the greater judgment.

AND at the same time, Herod the king stretched forth his hands, to afflict some of the church.


2 For neither doth the Father judge any man, but hath given all judgment to the Son.


2 And he said to him: Lay not thy hand upon the boy, neither do thou any thing to him: now I know that thou fearest God, and hast not spared thy only begotten son for my sake.


3 Go then and learn what this meaneth, I will have mercy and not sacrifice. For I am not come to call the just, but sinners.
