For, the islands wait for me, and the ships of the sea in the beginning: that I may bring thy sons from afar: their silver, and their gold with them, to the name of the Lord thy God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because he hath glorified thee.


We suffer persecution, but are not forsaken; we are cast down, but we perish not:


0 Standing afar off for fear of her torments, saying: Alas! alas! that great city Babylon, that mighty city: for in one hour is thy judgment come.


1 Paul said to the centurion, and to the soldiers: Except these stay in the ship, you cannot be saved.


6 Since the day that I brought my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel, for a house to be built, that my name might be there: but I chose David to be over my people Israel.

2 But Peter rising up, ran to the sepulchre, and stooping down, he saw the linen cloths laid by themselves; and went away wondering in himself at that which was come to pass.


0 And when Aaron spoke to all the assembly of the children of Israel, they looked towards the wilderness: and behold the glory of the Lord appeared in a cloud.


And he that sat on the throne, said: Behold, I make all things new. And he said to me: Write, for these words are most faithful and true.


Let the charity of the brotherhood abide in you.


A faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.


5 For all things are for your sakes; that the grace abounding through many, may abound in thanksgiving unto the glory of God.


5 But they said to her: Thou art mad. But she affirmed that it was so. Then said they: It is his angel.


6 And behold thy cousin Elizabeth, she also hath conceived a son in her old age; and this is the sixth month with her that is called barren:


And king Herod hearing this, was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.


And thou shalt sleep upon thy left side, and shalt lay the iniquities of the house of Israel upon it, according to the number of the days that thou shalt sleep upon it, and thou shalt take upon thee their iniquity.


3 Who hath forwarded the spirit of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor, and hath taught him?


0 And the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and shall come into Sion with praise, and everlasting joy shall be upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.


3 So it came to pass in the evening, that quails coming up, covered the camp: and in the morning, a dew lay round about the camp.


6 And they came with haste; and they found Mary and Joseph, and the infant lying in the manger.
