And the seven angels, who had the seven trumpets, prepared themselves to sound the trumpet.


Then said I: Behold I come: in the head of the book it is written of me: that I should do thy will, O God.


0 For the sorrow that is according to God worketh penance, steadfast unto salvation; but the sorrow of the world worketh death.


2 And I will lay the key of the house of David upon his shoulder: and he shall open, and none shall shut: and he shall shut, and none shall open.


5 The woman that hath an issue of blood many days out of her ordinary time, or that ceaseth not to flow after the monthly courses, as long as she is subject to this disease, shall be unclean, in the same manner as if she were in her flowers.


7 Whosoever toucheth them shall wash his clothes: and himself being washed with water, shall be unclean until the evening.


9 These also shall be reckoned among unclean things, of all that move upon the earth, the weasel, and the mouse, and the crocodile, every one according to their kind:


Why have you made us come up out of Egypt, and have brought us into this wretched place which cannot be sowed, nor bringeth forth figs, nor vines, nor pomegranates, neither is there any water to drink?
