4 And thinking that he was in the company, they came a day's journey, and sought him among their kinsfolks and acquaintance.


9 And thy heart hath been moved to fear, and thou hast humbled thyself before the Lord, hearing the words against this place, and the inhabitants thereof, to wit, that they should become a wonder and a curse: and thou hast rent thy garments, and wept before me, I also have heard thee, saith the Lord:


3 And they came into Mara, and they could not drink the waters of Mara, because they were bitter: whereupon he gave a name also agreeable to the place, calling it Mara, that is, bitterness.


But then indeed, not knowing God, you served them, who, by nature, are not gods.


4 Doth not even nature itself teach you, that a man indeed, if he nourish his hair, it is a shame unto him?


7 And when we were come to Jerusalem, the brethren received us gladly.


2 By which her rich men were filled with iniquity, and the inhabitants thereof have spoken lies, and their tongue was deceitful in their mouth.


9 And they praised him also before me, and they related my words to him: And Tobias sent letters to put me in fear.


And Barac said to her: If thou wilt come with me, I will go: if thou wilt not come with me, I will not go.


0 And he called unto him Zabulon and Nepbtali, and went up with ten thousand fighting men, having Debbora in his company.


And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:


In the days of Samgar the son of Anath, in the days of Jahel the paths rested: and they that went by them, walked through by-ways.
