2 And they were persevering in the doctrine of the apostles, and in the communication of the breaking of bread, and in prayers.


6 John answered them, saying: I baptize with water; but there hath stood one in the midst of you, whom you know not.

He left Judea, and went again into Galilee.


4 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath everlasting life: and I will raise him up in the last day.


0 This is the bread which cometh down from heaven; that if any man eat of it, he may not die.


7 But if thy heart be turned away, so that thou wilt not hear, and being deceived with error thou adore strange gods, and serve them:


3 And now I come to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they may have my joy filled in themselves.


0 But I seek not my own glory: there is one that seeketh and judgeth.


9 These things he said, teaching in the synagogue, in Capharnaum.


1 The Jews therefore murmured at him, because he had said: I am the living bread which came down from heaven.


6 And when he had said these things, kneeling down, he prayed with them all.


I have baptized you with water; but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.


Not of works, that no man may glory.


8 And when he was come on the other side of the water, into the country of the Gerasens, there met him two that were possessed with devils, coming out of the sepulchres, exceeding fierce, so that none could pass by that way.


0 For every one that doth evil hateth the light, and cometh not to the light, that his works may not be reproved.
