6 And when he had said these things, kneeling down, he prayed with them all.


1 To him be glory and empire for ever and ever. Amen.


Not rendering evil for evil, nor railing for railing, but contrariwise, blessing: for unto this are you called, that you may inherit a blessing.


The man that in private detracted his neighbour, him did I persecute. With him that had a proud eye, and an unsatiable heart, I would not eat.


Declare his glory among the Gentiles: his wonders among all people.


And patience hath a perfect work; that you may be perfect and entire, failing in nothing.


3 Pilate therefore went into the hall again, and called Jesus, and said to him: Art thou the king of the Jews?


5 And Simon Peter was standing, and warming himself. They said therefore to him: Art not thou also one of his disciples? He denied it, and said: I am not.


8 And the second came, saying: Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds.


And casting down the pieces of silver in the temple, he departed: and went and hanged himself with an halter.

And the third part of those creatures died, which had life in the sea, and the third part of the ships was destroyed.


5 But there are also many other things which Jesus did; which, if they were written every one, the world itself, I think, would not be able to contain the books that should be written.
