There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas, who is called Didymus, and Nathanael, who was of Cana of Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two others of his disciples.


8 Thomas answered, and said to him: My Lord, and my God.


5 He sent amongst them divers sores of flies, which devoured them: and frogs which destroyed them.


For he that is dead is justified from sin.


8 And you are witnesses of these things.


9 And John, answering, said: Master, we saw a certain man casting out devils in thy name, and we forbade him, because he followeth not with us.


7 But Jesus taking him by the hand, lifted him up; and he arose.


5 He said: Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying: What is thy opinion, Simon? The kings of the earth, of whom do they receive tribute or custom? of their own children, or of strangers?


7 And that penance and remission of sins should be preached in his name, unto all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.


Jesus therefore said to them: Children, have you any meat? They answered him: No.
