4 You shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am, thither you cannot come.


Blessed are they that hunger and thirst after justice: for they shall have their fill.


And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword: in the shadow of his hand he hath protected me, and hath made me as a chosen arrow: in his quiver he hath hidden me.


And the day of the unleavened bread came, on which it was necessary that the pasch should be killed.


2 And there was much murmuring among the multitude concerning him. For some said: He is a good man. And others said: No, but he seduceth the people.


3 And he said to them: Doubtless you will say to me this similitude: Physician, heal thyself: as great things as we have heard done in Capharnaum, do also here in thy own country.


3 But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest said to him: I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us if thou be the Christ the Son of God.


These twelve Jesus sent: commanding them, saying: Go ye not into the way of the Gentiles, and into the city of the Samaritans enter ye not.


They are consumed, and are broken together: they could not save him that carried them, and they themselves shall go into captivity.


4 Jesus answered them: Amen, amen I say unto you: that whosoever committeth sin, is the servant of sin.


0 Then Jesus lifting up himself, said to her: Woman, where are they that accused thee? Hath no man condemned thee?


6 What is this saying that he hath said: You shall seek me, and shall not find me; and where I am, you cannot come?


2 Therefore, Moses gave you circumcision (not because it is of Moses, but of the fathers;) and on the sabbath day you circumcise a man.


3 And after a little while they came that stood by, and said to Peter: Surely thou also art one of them; for even thy speech doth discover thee.
