For I wished myself to be an anathema from Christ, for my brethren, who are my kinsmen according to the flesh,


As soon therefore as he had said to them: I am he; they went backward, and fell to the ground.


WHEN Jesus had said these things, he went forth with his disciples over the brook Cedron, where there was a garden, into which he entered with his disciples.


7 Sanctify them in truth. Thy word is truth.


1 Jesus answered them: Do you now believe?


4 He that loveth me not, keepeth not my words. And the word which you have heard, is not mine; but the Father's who sent me.


8 You have heard that I said to you: I go away, and I come unto you. If you loved me, you would indeed be glad, because I go to the Father: for the Father is greater than I.


7 For the Father himself loveth you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.


And now glorify thou me, O Father, with thyself, with the glory which I had, before the world was, with thee.
