0 For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.


7 Therefore doth the Father love me: because I lay down my life, that I may take it again.


Which in other generations was not known to the sons of men, as it is now revealed to his holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit:


2 But as many as received him, he gave them power to be made the sons of God, to them that believe in his name.


Look to yourselves, that you lose not the things which you have wrought: but that you may receive a full reward.


2 They said therefore unto him: Who art thou, that we may give an answer to them that sent us? What sayest thou of thyself?


5 And they asked him, and said to him: Why then dost thou baptize, if thou be not Christ, nor Elias, nor the prophet?


But now he hath obtained a better ministry, by how much also he is a mediator of a better testament, which is established on better promises.


0 But now you seek to kill me, a man who have spoken the truth to you, which I have heard of God. This Abraham did not.


Who shall render account to him, who is ready to judge the living and the dead.


9 And they that have done good things, shall come forth unto the resurrection of life; but they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of judgment.


Dearly beloved, thou dost faithfully whatever thou dost for the brethren, and that for strangers,


And there came one of the seven angels, who had the vials full of the seven last plagues, and spoke with me, saying: Come, and I will shew thee the bride, the wife of the Lamb.


As the Father hath loved me, I also have loved you. Abide in my love.


Or have ye not read in the law, that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple break the sabbath, and are without blame?


9 These things he said, teaching in the synagogue, in Capharnaum.


9 They took up stones therefore to cast at him. But Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple.


And every one that hath this hope in him, sanctifieth himself, as he also is holy.


6 Do you say of him whom the Father hath sanctified and sent into the world: Thou blasphemest, because I said, I am the Son of God?


(Jesus therefore came forth, bearing the crown of thorns and the purple garment.) And he saith to them: Behold the Man.


1 The Jews therefore murmured at him, because he had said: I am the living bread which came down from heaven.


7 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, do I give unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid.


5 And he said: Therefore did I say to you, that no man can come to me, unless it be given him by my Father.


3 Be ye subject therefore to every human creature for God's sake: whether it be to the king as excelling;


5 As the Father knoweth me, and I know the Father: and I lay down my life for my sheep.


0 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son; much more, being reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.


3 Bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if any have a complaint against another: even as the Lord hath forgiven you, so do you also.


4 And when this mortal hath put on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: Death is swallowed up in victory.


Dearly beloved, I write not a new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which you have heard.


For neither did his brethren believe in him.


Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall live also together with Christ:


4 And his head and his hairs were white, as white wool, and as snow, and his eyes were as a flame of fire,


Be you also as living stones built up, a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.


0 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet, who wrought signs before him, wherewith he seduced them who received the character of the beast, and who adored his image. These two were cast alive into the pool of fire, burning with brimstone.


8 Let no man seduce you, willing in humility, and religion of angels, walking in the things which he hath not seen, in vain puffed up by the sense of his flesh,


5 And we know that he heareth us whatsoever we ask: we know that we have the petitions which we request of him.


After these things I looked, and behold a door was opened in heaven, and the first voice which I heard, as it were, of a trumpet speaking with me, said: Come up hither, and I will shew thee the things which must be done hereafter.


For you are dead; and your life is hid with Christ in God.


6 But because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold, not hot, I will begin to vomit thee out of my mouth.


3 And it shall be, that every soul which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.


0 And he saith to me: Seal not the words of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.


7 For a testament is of force, after men are dead: otherwise it is as yet of no strength, whilst the testator liveth.


5 But now I shall go to Jerusalem, to minister unto the saints.


0 Now there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias. And the Lord said to him in a vision: Ananias. And he said: Behold I am here, Lord.
