Behold I come against thee, saith the Lord of hosts: and I will discover thy shame to thy face, and will shew thy nakedness to the nations, and thy shame to kingdoms.


6 Their infants shall be dashed in pieces before their eyes: their houses shall be pillaged, and their wives shall be ravished.


4 All thy lovers have forgotten thee, and will not seek after thee: for I have wounded thee with the wound of an enemy, with a cruel chastisement: by reason of the multitude of thy iniquities, thy sins are hardened.


6 Phe. The face of the Lord hath divided them, he will no more regard them: they respected not the persons of the priests, neither had they pity on the ancient.


Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts: Behold I will melt, and try them: for what else shall I do before the daughter of my people?


0 Thy truth unto all generations: thou hast founded the earth, and it continueth.


And I will cast abominations upon thee, and will disgrace thee, and will make an example of thee.
