4 And the Lord said to me: The prophets prophesy falsely in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, nor have I spoken to them: they prophesy unto you a lying vision, and divination and deceit, and the seduction of their own heart.


1 The young lions roaring after their prey, and seeking their meat from God.


In the daytime the Lord hath commanded his mercy; and a canticle to him in the night. With me is prayer to the God of my life.


5 And she said moreover to him: We have good store of both straw and hay, and a large place to lodge in.


1 For what is my strength, that I can hold out? or what is my end that I should keep patience?


1 Wilt thou have confidence in his great strength, and leave thy labours to him?


4 When she leaveth her eggs on the earth, thou perhaps wilt warm them in the dust.
