5 Then the fountains of waters appeared, and the foundations of the world were discovered: At thy rebuke, O Lord, at the blast of the spirit of thy wrath.


3 Thou wentest forth for the salvation of thy people: for salvation with thy Christ. Thou struckest the head of the house of the wicked: thou hast laid bare his foundation even to the neck.


And the Assyrian shall fall by the sword not of a man, and the sword not of a man shall devour him, and he shall flee not at the face of the sword: and his young men shall be tributaries.


9 And he brought me forth into a large place: he saved me, because he was well pleased with me.


7 For he shall esteem iron as straw, and brass as rotten wood.


9 As stubble will he esteem the hammer, and he will laugh him to scorn who shaketh the spear.


5 Behold the Gentiles are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the smallest grain of a balance: behold the islands are as a little dust.
